Every client at FFS is unique. Their experiences, motivations, goals and aspirations are all varied and intensely personal. Fitness is one piece in a holistic picture of health and wellness, and every individual deserves personalized training and custom programming tailored to their journey. We base our programs on each athlete’s goals, sports, skills, personalities, strengths and weaknesses. That way, we can help people focus on enjoyment. This approach drastically improves adherence, engagement and self-motivation rates among our athletes, leading to meaningful habit and behavior changes and ultimately lasting results.

The coach-athlete relationship is critical to success, and it begins with your initial consultation. You’ll discuss your goals, desires, interests, aversions, favorite (and least favorite) activities, past exercise experience, medical history and other key success indicators. This consult is only the beginning; your relationship with your coach will continue to grow with every check-in, training session and encouraging exchange.

We offer core programming plans to suit every lifestyle, situation and schedule: from 1-on-1 in-person training to remote coaching, nutrition consulting and everything in between. FFS SERVICES

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training athletes receive high-value, in-depth feedback, support and instruction. Private one-on-one sessions allow athletes to explore every dimension of their personal training program, and each workout, exercise and program element is tailored to the individual’s goals, skills and abilities. Your coach will monitor all your movements to optimize proficiency, efficacy and safety.


Each session typically includes a dynamic warm-up, instruction and strength/skills-training, followed by a “Workout Of The Day” for overall fitness and conditioning. This regiment is topped off with a 5-10 minute cool down to encourage optimal recovery.

REMOTE COACHING

Remote coaching is the best option for athletes unable to attend personal training sessions, but who still want custom programming designed around their personal goals, strengths and interests. Remote coaching athletes receive daily workouts delivered straight to their mobile devices for use at home or at the gym. Each movement and exercise is accompanied by a video demonstration to eliminate any uncertainty, and after they’ve completed an exercise, athletes enter weights, repetitions and other critical data which are sent instantly to their coach and used to inform the enhancement of their personal training plan.

GROUP & FAMILY FITNESS

Group and Family classes provide a high-value option for people who want to make a lifestyle change together. Pricing decreases with every added member up to 4, and classes include the same vital programming components you’d find in a traditional one-on-one training session… but with the unique group fitness “feel” that many athletes prefer. Have a friend, family member, or co-worker that keeps expressing a desire to get healthy, get in shape, increase performance? NUTRITION & FITNESS CONSULTING

We provide dynamic nutrition and overall fitness and health consulting for clients seeking professional guidance. Athletes are encouraged to ask about anything, including problems and plateaus they may be experiencing, as well as any issues with their current programming content, training plans or nutrition protocols.
